The FiX™ 82 is a state-of-the-art digital signal processor engineered to deliver world-class sound from factory audio systems, without replacing the OEM source unit. The FiX™ 82 is the first DSP to automatically correct time delayed factory outputs prior to signal summing and EQ correction.

With a powerful 24-bit DSP processor and dual 1/3 octave equalizers onboard, complex 2-way, 3-way and 4-way factory audio outputs are combined and level-matched automatically into a flat, full-range stereo signal. Differential-balanced inputs accept virtually any OEM analog audio signal, from low-voltage, line-level to high-power, amplified speaker-level outputs (up to 30V RMS).

Calibration is initiated with just a single button press and takes only about 30 seconds to complete, with no special equipment needed!

By connecting a PC running TüN™ Software via USB, you can also access a complete suite of diagnostic panels that show the frequency response of input signals, as well as the corrected outputs. Adjustments can be made to input polarity, muting, and filtering, and new calibrations can be initiated from the PC as well. By clicking on the “TUNE” tab of the TüN™ interface, you can also access a pair of user-adjustable, 10-band, graphic equalizers to fine tune the output signals.

Output options include dual RCA jacks (4V RMS) or a digital optical (Toslink) output, supporting PCM audio (S/PDIF) at 24 bit/48 kHz resolution.

Activation methods include 12-volt or automatic (Signal/DC-Offset Sensing), plus a dedicated remote turn-on output for activating your aftermarket equipment.

Connect the optional DRC-100 Digital Remote Controller (sold separately) to add Master Volume Control capabilities from the driver’s seat. Clipped input signals and overall condition are also reported via the DRC-100's multi-color status LED.

The FiX™ 86 is a state-of-the-art digital signal processor engineered to deliver outstanding sound from factory source units, while retaining OEM fader control.

Unlike typical OEM interface products, the FiX™ 86 automatically corrects time-delayed factory outputs prior to signal summing and EQ correction. Calibration takes just a single button press and about 30 seconds to complete, with no special equipment needed.

With a powerful 24-bit DSP processor and quad 1/3 octave equalizers onboard, complex factory signals, up to 3-way front and 2-way rear, are combined and level matched automatically into six, full-range stereo signals: Front (fader-controlled), Rear (fader-controlled) and Subwoofer (non-fading, front+rear summed) outputs.

While being housed in a compact ½ DIN sized chassis, the THREE.2 is truly a feature-laden processor. The THREE.2 starts with four stereo equalization filters including AudioControl’s proprietary Para-BASS controls, which give subwoofers extra kick and detail as needed. It also features a 4 channel, 2-way, 24 dB/octave car audio crossover with a fader. To round out the package the THREE.2 also includes a subwoofer level control, master volume control, and the ability to select the back lighting illumination color between Cool Blue and Hot Red.

Given that many of today’s audio enthusiasts like to carry their music with them, the THREE.2 is equipped with dual, 3.5mm auxiliary input jacks located on the front and rear of the chassis. This helps facilitate the permanent installation of cabling or lets a user plug in their portable audio device on the fly. AudioControl® Overdrive Plus 2 Channel Line Driver

High performance car audio amplifiers love lots of signal voltage. This allows them to deliver optimum sound quality and maximum bass response. Unfortunately, many of today’s after market source units don’t output the optimum voltage levels these amplifier need. The AudioControl OVERDRIVE PLUS pre-amp line driver increases the line level signals from aftermarket source units up to 13 volts max (9.5 RMS) and delivers them downstream to the amplifiers inputs. The results are increased dynamic range, maximum signal-to-noise levels, and tremendous bass response. Autosound enthusiasts will enjoy dramatically improved sound quality of their after market audio system.

Once connected, the Overdrive Plus makes it easy to set the gain — LEDs indicate whether you're just inside the Overdrive Plus's minimum working range or approaching its maximum voltage without clipping the signal. Balanced inputs reject noise caused by your vehicle's electrical system, but you can switch to unbalanced operation if necessary. The Overdrive Plus's low-impedance output keeps your signal going strong through long cable runs.

AudioControl created the Overdrive Plus line driver to ensure that your amp sees the cleanest signal possible. Many modern car stereos boast 4- and 5-volt preamp outputs, but they're rated at full output. Turn your stereo to a normal listening level, send the signal through a 20-foot cable, and your amps may end up with just a couple of volts. The Overdrive Plus solves this problem by boosting the signal from your car stereo, and it also allows you to control your amp's level from the front seat with an optional remote.

Putting the driver in perfect acoustical alignment definitely has its challenges in a vehicle.  In home audio it is generally pretty easy to just move a speaker forward or backward or to the left or to the right to help make sure you hear both speakers at the same time.  In a vehicle, we are typically stuck with the speaker locations that the vehicle manufactures has supplied us with.  This usually creates a whole slew if issues when you add amplifier power, new speakers, and subwoofers.  This is why signal delay and equalization are so critical.
